Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. To begin a return, contact [email protected] with your name, order number, product, reason for the return, and photographs or video when reporting damage, leakage, an incorrect product, or a suspected defect.
May be eligible for return in original, unopened condition and packaging, within 14 calendar days of delivery, with proof of purchase. Approved discretionary returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee; customers are responsible for return-shipping costs.
Because Performance1 sells chemical detailing products, opened or used products are final sale unless the product arrived damaged or leaking, was incorrectly fulfilled, or has a confirmed manufacturing or formula defect.
Report within 48 hours of confirmed delivery and keep the product, box, label and packaging until the claim is resolved.
Customers should not ship chemical products until Performance1 provides return instructions.
