2. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old or have the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian to make a purchase or register for training.
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information during checkout and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless you notify us promptly of unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to refuse service, restrict account access, cancel an order, or terminate participation in a promotion when fraud, misuse, abusive conduct, or a violation of these Terms is reasonably suspected.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, photographs, colors, sizes, pricing, directions, and availability accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary because of lighting, photography, device displays, packaging updates, and normal production differences.
Product descriptions and website information may be updated without notice. Performance1 does not guarantee that every photograph, description, price, or other piece of content will always be completely free of typographical or technical errors.
4. PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY
Performance1 products must be used according to the directions, warnings, recommended applications, and safety information displayed on the product label or provided with the product.
Before applying any product to an entire surface, customers should test it in a small, inconspicuous area and confirm that the surface is cool, clean, and suitable for the intended application.
Customers are responsible for:
• Following all label directions and safety precautions • Wearing appropriate personal protective equipment when recommended • Using products in a properly ventilated area • Keeping products away from children and pets • Confirming compatibility with the vehicle, material, coating, wrap, paint, glass, wheel, trim, upholstery, or other intended surface • Storing and disposing of products appropriately
Performance1 is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper dilution, incorrect application, failure to follow instructions, use on an incompatible surface, improper storage, alteration of the product, or use for a purpose other than its intended application.
5. ORDERS AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Performance1 confirms and begins processing it.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order because of:
• Incorrect pricing or product information • Inventory limitations • Payment authorization problems • Suspected fraud or promotional misuse • Shipping restrictions • An incorrect or incomplete delivery address • Circumstances that prevent lawful or safe fulfillment
If a paid order is canceled by Performance1 before fulfillment, the applicable purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
6. PRICING, PAYMENT AND TAXES
Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, promotions, product availability, and service fees may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for applicable sales taxes, shipping charges, ticket fees, and other charges clearly displayed during checkout. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order or registration is completed.
A pricing or technical error does not require Performance1 to fulfill an order at an obviously incorrect price. If such an error occurs, we may contact the customer with the corrected information or cancel and refund the affected transaction.
7. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT OFFERS
Promotional offers are valid only during the stated promotional period and are subject to the specific conditions advertised with the offer.
Unless the promotion expressly states otherwise:
• An offer may be limited to one redemption, one discounted unit, or one free promotional item per customer, household, order, email address, payment method, or shipping address • Promotions cannot be combined or stacked • Discounts have no cash value • Promotional items cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit • Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous orders • Taxes, shipping charges, service fees, and event fees may be excluded • Promotional quantities may be limited while supplies last
Performance1 may cancel, restrict, or correct an order involving duplicated accounts, multiple transactions intended to bypass promotional limits, automated activity, resale abuse, technical errors, or other misuse of an offer.
8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Orders are shipped according to the methods and estimated timeframes displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated to the customer.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, regional disruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect delivery.
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional expenses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery and contact info@performance1detailsupply.com regarding missing, incorrect, damaged, or leaking merchandise. Photographs of the package, shipping label, packaging materials, and affected product may be required to evaluate a claim.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS AND ORDER ISSUES
Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Performance1 Returns and Refunds Policy displayed on this website.
Certain opened, used, damaged, clearance, personalized, promotional, or improperly stored products may not qualify for return unless they arrived defective or damaged.
Submitting a return request does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method, subject to the applicable policy and payment-processing timeframes.
10. TRAINING EVENTS
Training registrations are subject to the description, schedule, requirements, pricing, service fees, and policies displayed on the applicable event page at the time of registration.
Students are expected to:
• Follow instructor and facility safety requirements • Use tools, chemicals, vehicles, panels, and equipment responsibly • Wear appropriate clothing and protective equipment when directed • Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully • Avoid activity that places themselves, another person, equipment, or property at unreasonable risk
Performance1 may remove a participant from training for dangerous, disruptive, abusive, unlawful, or intentionally damaging behavior. Removal for participant misconduct may affect refund eligibility as permitted by the applicable event policy and law.
Training is educational in nature. Participation, completion, or receipt of a certificate does not guarantee employment, certification by a government agency, business revenue, customer acquisition, or any particular professional result.
Training cancellations, transfers, substitutions, postponements, and refunds are governed by the specific Training Registration, Cancellation and Transfer Policy presented for the event. If an event-specific policy conflicts with a general website provision, the event-specific policy controls for that registration.
11. PERFORMANCE1 REWARDS
Participation in Performance1 Rewards is subject to the program rules presented on the website.
Points and rewards:
• Have no cash value • Cannot be sold or transferred unless expressly permitted • May be subject to expiration or redemption conditions • May be corrected if awarded because of an error, returned purchase, canceled order, fraud, or misuse
Performance1 may modify or discontinue the rewards program, subject to applicable law. Any material changes will be communicated through the website or another reasonable method.
